hi could not download ebook ..help.
How to download the book. Instructions are not clear how this is to accomplished. I went through what looked like a purchase process that resulted in my getting an order number for the book. However, no link to downloading the book or instructions about how to do so. Very counter-intuitive. Why not just have a live link on the web page once I have logged in to prove I have paid up. Most websites offer free downloads as a simple, one step process. Just my 2 cents....
