Seeds of Kindness
We make beautiful one-of-a-kind strands of meditation beads based on loving kindness meditation. We meditate as we string, incorporating four main beads on each strand representing the four main wishes: May you be happy, healthy, peaceful and safe. Use them in your own practice or infuse them with you own kindness and prayers for a powerful and meaningful gift. Each strand comes with a CD explaining the intention behind the beads and teaching the meditation.
