Tensions heat up between Burma and Bangladesh over natural gas exploration in the Bay of Bengal. Burma has ominously positioned four warships off its coast. Danny Fisher noted the early signs of this a few days back. The 21st century will see a lot of these micro-wars over resources, which will lead to much suffering for the most vulnerable people on the world, the poor of less developed nations.
