"China to extend crackdowns" says Tibet's PM; DL at Mayo Clinic

The Dalai Lama visits Minnesota and discusses meditation and compassion. The meditation talk will include Daniel Goleman and will be for Mayo Clinic employees only. He also gave a thank-you scarf to his physician, Dr. Nisha Manek.

Meanwhile Samdhong Rinpoche, Tibet's Prime Minister in the government-in-exile in Dharamsala, says Tibet is virtually sealed and China plans to extend the crackdown.

More arrests in Nepal, 130 this time.
