Dear Anonymous. Fair manner? As fair as these things are likely to unfold in Nepal. It's a very different world, where all parties were responsible for irregularities, etc. But the people did support the Maoists beyond everyone's predictions. The people wanted change and now they are poised to receive it. Mikel
