retreat schedule:

Welcome to Tricycle Online Retreats. Our inaugural retreat is led by Sharon Salzberg, co-founder of Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts, and one of the first Westerners to teach Vipassana meditation. During this retreat, Sharon will lead you through a teaching on Kindness in three parts.

After each talk, you may submit questions, which we will organize by theme. We will record Sharon’s answers and present them to you the Monday following.

Have a peaceful retreat!
