Why do relationships seem to cause us so many difficulties? This retreat, led by Zen teacher and author Ezra Bayda, will explore how the difficulties we face in relationships block our experience of love and connectedness, as well as the experience of genuine happiness. He will describe several practices to help us work with relationship difficulties, including dealing with fears and resentments.
This retreat begins June 6th, 2011.
Ezra Bayda has been practicing meditation since 1970 and teaching since 1995. He received Dharma Transmission in 1998. He now lives, writes and teaches at Zen Center San Diego. He also founded the Santa Rosa Zen Group and continues to lead it, visiting once a month. He is the author of five books, including his latest—Beyond Happiness: A Zen Way to True Contentment.
