Change Your Mind Day 2005
At the Soulutions Center in Mt. Dora, Florida, we held our third CYM day from 12:00 to 3:30 PM. We began with the tolling of the bell, had two yoga sessions, a dharma talk and long discussion of the basic Buddhist teachings and their impact on the world today. We've never done that before and the participants really enjoyed it. Also, during the yoga sessions, we projected Dharma River on the walls around us. Dharma River is a DVD journey through Burma, Laos, and Cambodia, that takes the viewers down rivers and into Buddhist Temples. Our Change Your Mind Day also featured a vispassana meditation session and a guided meditation. Unfortunately, no pictures were taken.
