Tricycle Talk with Zen Teacher and Author Marc Lesser
Today's Tricycle Talk is with Zen teacher and author Marc Lesser, who has written two books that you might recognize: Zen of Business Administration and Less: Accomplishing More By Doing Less (now that's a secret I'd like to know how to put into practice). Recently he's teamed up with Chade-Meng Tan, otherwise known as Google's Jolly Good Fellow, to teach mindfulness and emotional intelligence classes at Google. These classes, called Search Inside Yourself, are more than just "Getting Along with Your Co-Workers 101"—they're bringing self-awareness and meditation practices to the corporate world. So how do Tan and Lesser get a room full of engineers to participate in lovingkindness meditation? (Which is not to imply that engineers aren't loving or kind, mind you.) Listen below to hear about the classes and how to bring personal mindfulness into your own workplace.

I bet there would be a lot less stress in the corporate world if people could learn to relax a little bit and be placed under so much pressure. Thanks for this audio and article, it is very interesting.
People like the junkie feel that taking meditation into the workplace can offer some great opportunities to actually get more done during the day.
