cute. maybe some young child is rolling the path. the streamers are his/her prayer flags.

precious wheels? Someone really is using their tricycle to get around. Adult helping to cultivate an appreciation for self powered transportation and respect for tools? Honoring the gift that someone special gave to the little rider.
