Many blessings Sharon. Many of my closed doors are opening to profound, meaningful and happy possibilities. I have experienced severe rheumatoid arthritis since I was 13 years old and now at 51 and practicing "Insight Meditation" with special attention to metta I am so grateful for your books and hope to one day meet you at a retreat. Thank you!

Many thanks for your insights, Sharon. By the way, I attended your introduction to meditation talk at the Tibet House in NYC a few weeks ago, at which you led a Loving Kindness meditation. I am still smiling and ever so grateful!
